I usually never talk about how I lost 115 lbs. because its embarrassing enough that I once weighed 330 lbs. I have exactly no excuse what so ever for why I gained that much weight but it was absolutely nuts. I was tired all the time. My energy level seemed to deplete because of the weight. I kept making up excuses why I couldn’t do things. My son was disappointed too many times because I couldn’t do as much with him anymore. I needed a change.

I could tell a big difference after losing weight. I’ve tried every fad diet and pill on the market. Even pills given by my doctors. Keto, Phentermine, Paleo Diet, Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, Mediterranean Diet, DASH diet, and many others. I even tried the vegan diet. Ah, hell no. I like my steak and taters.

Here’s what I did to get started. No diet pill or other diet on the market alone is going to help you if you are not willing to make changes on your own.

  • Gave up FAST FOOD! – Stop eating at McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Wendy’s, Savvy Sliders, and all those other places except Taco Bell. I ain’t giving up my damn tacos. If you don’t like tacos, good for you. ALL those places have super high calorie foods.
  • Gave up DEEP FRIED FOODS! – Ok, I know many of you wont do this but it is sooo worth it in the long run. Deep fried foods are very fatty.
  • Gave up POP – I quit drinking pop (soda) completely. Not worth it. Switching to diet pop doesn’t work either because they put in ingredients that defeat the purpose of switching.
  • Drink Lots of Water – I drink at least 6-8 glasses of water per day. Why? It keeps me hydrated, helps flush out all the bad stuff, and keeps me regular. That alone is a benefit.
  • Walk – Walk at minimum 10,000 steps per day. Find an app that pays you for the walking you do. You can earn prizes and gift cards with some of them.

Doing just these alone helped out big time. Then my body decided to plateau. I got stuck at one weight. So I tried something different. That’s when a friend recommended to me to try Serolean.
